Parent Voices

My involvement in school affairs has been beneficial to my child's well-being, helping him feel more at ease and settled in his new school. At the same time, it has strengthened the bond between my child and me. It has also given me the opportunity to connect with other parents, teachers and school leaders.
Ms Solita Durrani, PSG Assistant Honorary Secretary
Through the PSG, I have had the opportunity to meet other parents, exchange experiences and share parenting tips on navigating the teenage years. By working closely with the school and fellow PSG members, we help create a supportive community for our children. One of my biggest takeaways is getting a 'sneak peek' into what my child's school life is like!
Ms Daphne, EXCO Member
Fathers often have fewer opportunities for shared experiences with our children. Through PSG events, I have been able to step into my child's school life, experience the school environment and get to know his friends. The most rewarding part is knowing that my child sees me actively involved and physically present.
Mr Sean Yau, EXCO Member
Joining the BPGHS Parent Support Group has enabled me, as a father, to become more informed and engaged in my son's growth at school. The PSG keeps me connected with school leaders, teachers and fellow parents, allowing me to better support my son throughout his secondary school journey.
Mr Ged Yong, EXCO Member
