About Us
Floorball is a fast and exciting game, but our CCA is not only about winning matches. We want our boys to improve as players, learn to work well with others and grow into responsible young men. Discipline, respect and responsibility guide the way we train and compete. Above all, players are reminded to put the team before themselves.
Training covers individual skills, fitness, gameplay and tactics. Players learn how to position themselves, move into space, support their teammates and make quick decisions during a match. They are also given opportunities to lead and take responsibility during training. Over time, the boys become more confident in communicating with one another, solving problems on court and encouraging their teammates.
Friendly matches and external competitions are an important part of the CCA. They allow the team to face different opponents and apply what they have learnt during training. Besides the National School Games, our players take part in competitions such as Storvretacupen Singapore, Pesta Sukan and the Singapore Youth Floorball Carnival. These experiences give them more match exposure and teach them to handle pressure, learn from mistakes and show respect regardless of the result.
In 2026, the C Division team qualified for League 1, while the B Division team competed in the preliminary round. Each match gave our players something to learn from and helped the team identify areas for improvement. Winning is important, but so is the way the team responds when a match does not go our way. We hope every player leaves the CCA as a better player, a supportive teammate and a responsible young person.
