The English Drama Club was established in 2011 to develop passionate drama members in stagecraft as well as vocal and physical expression.

Drama members work together as a team to manipulate the dramatic elements effectively for stage performances.

We believe that every single member in both the cast and the crew plays a vital role towards a successful production and our learning as a budding theatre club.

Our Club Activity Highlights

• Weekly training sessions under professional instruction.

• Drama performances performed and staged by our members (SYF, Dramafest)

• Learning Journeys for members to appreciate and learn from a variety of theatre performances of different styles.

• Drama Camp to foster togetherness and camaraderie.

• Values-in-Action (ViA) projects for members to serve the community.

• Certificate of Accomplishment for Singapore Youth Festival (SYF) Arts Presentation 2013, 2015 and 2017, 2019, 2021, 2023 and 2025

• Participation in the Human Values Drama Festival (HVDF) 2016 and 2018 –

• Nomination for Best Actress in 2018.

• National Story Challenge - Champion for Individual Category 2016

• Finalist Team for SYF Play!@The Library 2018.

• Eco-Skit Competition 2018 – 1st runner up
